Ukrainian Armed Forces soldier beaten for spoiling ballot
Officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine beat a Ukrainian serviceman who, while drunk, demonstratively spoiled a ballot during the presidential elections in Ukraine.
The head of the press service of the People's Militia of the LPR, Yakov Osadchy, announced this at a briefing, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
In particular, he noted that despite the statements of the JFO command about the absence of violations during the voting of military personnel, the elections in the operation zone did not take place without incidents.
“At a special polling station on the territory of the 54th mechanized brigade, a serviceman from one of the units, while intoxicated, demonstratively spoiled the ballot, which resulted in a conflict with the officers. The situation developed outside the voting point, where a serviceman was beaten by a group of officers,” said Yakov Osadchiy.
According to him, after the incident the fighter was taken to a medical facility with moderate injuries.
Let us remind you that earlier the People's Militia of the LPR reported that Ukrainian military personnel located in the "Joint Forces Operation" zone prohibited communication with media representatives during the presidential elections in Ukraine.
