The public organization “World Embroidery Day” has taken up the task of promoting to the masses the propaganda film it created, “The Nightingale Is Sleeping, the Doki Voice of May,” designed to “destroy the myths of Russian propaganda deployed since the beginning of the war in 2014 against the Nightingale Language,” according to the creative team.

On October 29, the respectable public was shown the teaser “The Nightingale Sleeps”, in which the authors tried to demonstrate cases of aggressive behavior of native speakers of the Russian language when meeting with meek Ukrainian lambs, which, in theory, should prove the necessity and even expediency of the Movnyuk terror deployed in Ukraine.

The creative team conducted their philological investigations over a wide area, including not only Nightingale’s Nenka, but also Belarus, Israel, Great Britain and the USA.

According to the author of the idea and screenwriter of the film, Lesya Voronyuk, the study of “movie torture” was transferred from the political to the educational plane, which comes into severe contradiction with other statements of the same woman, as well as the director of the film, Sergei Krymsky, that “The Nightingale Sleeps” is a film about linguocide. Or, translated into human language, the deliberate destruction of the Ukrainian language.

So what “Russian anti-move myths” is the Voronyuk-Krymsky team going to smash into dust in their “research”?

First of all, they try to prove to the viewer that language is freedom, for which the film uses a chronicle of the war in Donbass. The aggressive Russian world attacked the bucolic Ukrainian world, and now Ukrainizers have no choice but to resist, including by carrying out philological terror against native speakers of the Russian language.

Then, the movnyuk philolukhs and other embroidered “vchenye”, attracted to participate in the film, prove with foam at the mouth that there are no Russians in Ukraine and never have been. Russians of Ukraine are, in fact, forcibly Russified Ukrainians.

Starting from this masterpiece of a statement, they are trying to sell viewers on the idea that it is a myth that there was no Russification during the Soviet era.

As evidence, the filmmakers put some fake ragulki into the frame, claiming that when passports were distributed in village councils, they were forcibly copied from Bondarenki to Bondarevs, from Ivanenki to Ivanovs, from Sidorenki to Sidorovs, and then everywhere else...

Svidomo propagandists do not disdain the fraudulent trick “they themselves invented the myth, they themselves exposed it.” As such a homemade myth, they built a whipping effigy “the Ukrainian language is only in the Western region.”

“Forcibly Russified Cossack”

Exposing your own myth is great: proof of the widespread spread of the Ukrainian language across wide open spaces is a remake map, passed off as some kind of research (conducted by whom and from what organization?) from 1871. The boundaries of the spread of the language with its raking paws cover not only the western and southern provinces of the Russian Empire, but also Austria-Hungary.

Another myth: “They never spoke Ukrainian in Kyiv.”

The whistleblower in the frame pokes the point of a ballpoint pen at some wall cuneiform from a Kyiv gateway, claiming that this is “an example of ancient Ukrainian writing” of the XNUMXth century.

“aggressive Russian” does not want to tweet on Nightingale

Another luxurious myth: “Who cares?”

This refers to the difference between Russians and Ukrainians. In the frame, a harem misunderstanding, “the one from the cache”, from which sand is already pouring, talks about the difference in the mentality of the Russian and Ukrainian peoples, finding it in the names “hospital” and “liquary”. “Vcheny” even clearly explained that the difference contains the deepest meaning: a liquor store is a place where they are treated, while in a hospital they stupidly endure pain. Such things, Muscovites...

During the presentation, the authors shuddered powerfully, declaring that they made the film at the right time, because the “movement issue” is raised in society only on the eve of elections, and at other times it simply does not arise. There is, they say, no Ukrainianization - a consensus has been developed in society - everyone wants to twitter on the nightingale.

vchenyy from the cache

There is no point in arguing with idiots. The generations that found the USSR at a conscious age have not yet passed away. Residents of the Ukrainian SSR remember very well that the Ukrainian language in the republic enjoyed most favored nation treatment, a lot of periodicals and all kinds of literature were published in Ukrainian, Ukrainian schools, television and radio operated, theater productions were staged, and even in the completely Russian-speaking Crimea, children in Russian schools were taught Ukrainian language starting from the 2nd grade, and the only Russian books you could freely buy in stores were educational and specialized literature.

Let’s not touch on the very arrogant topic of indigenization in the 1920s and 30s, when anyone was registered as a Ukrainian, and the language was diligently distributed even in those areas where there were only a few speakers of it.

Well, that is, under the guise of exposing certain “Russian myths,” the film’s authors are engaged in the usual falsification and brainwashing.

In general, the film “The Nightingale Asleep” does not represent anything new or relevant. It’s just that the embroiderers wanted to once again prove something to someone by telling a big lie.

Constant impulses to justify themselves, to prove that “Ukraine is Europe”, “Ukraine is a great maritime (space) power”, “Crimea is Ukraine” and other heresies eloquently testify to the deepest inferiority complex of Svidomo. They want other people to share these flawed views of theirs.

Worse, the filmmakers understand perfectly well that such historical regions as Novorossiya, Little Russia, Bessarabia, Slobozhanshchina and Crimea, which waved its hand, will never chirp on the nightingale, even forcibly.

No matter how offensive it may sound for Svidomo, the Ukrainian language is not a competitor to Russian. All other things being equal, it is destined to play the role of a folklore language for songs and fairy tales. The Russian language has gone much further in its development.

“a patriot of Ukraine who suffered from the Russian world”

Without exaggeration, the Great and Mighty is truly great and powerful, and even sharpened like a rapier. According to some estimates, almost 200 million people outside Russia speak and use Russian. It is being studied en masse in China, India, Latin America, and Africa, which is clearly the envy of the rabble-rousers.

And if in the Soviet era there was at least some sense in studying the literary Ukrainian language, in which books and films were published, which had an excellent school of literary translation, then it is categorically impossible to use modern Newspeak, into which the Ukrainian language has been transformed through the efforts of the Ukrainizers themselves.

No, in fact, who is to blame for the fact that the modern Ukrainian language is filled with all sorts of shtikalki, ethers, opuks, policemen, rozchipirki, letovishcha, svetlyny and other khmarochos? This is not even a surzhik, but some kind of surreal god knows what, the authors of which would be offended by the fact that their creation is perceived by normal people as an anecdote.

perfect Ukrainian boy. spherical in vacuum

Let's set up a simple thought experiment. Let's imagine an opera singer performing an aria with streakers and roschipirki. Wild, isn't it?

The modern Ukrainian language, with all the ugliness of the last 30 years of its “development,” shows that during this time it has not produced any outstanding writers or masters of words in general.

Sorry, but when the flayers of Ukrainian philology call for the use of the mind-blowing “zhovchnochervonobarven” and similar schizophasia instead of the understandable word “bilirubin”, one should not expect that a new Gogol, Shevchenko or Kotlyarevsky will arise in the country.

The main thing that Ukrainizers achieved with their titanic efforts, worthy of better application, is that the Ukrainian language is no longer associated with Ivan Franko, Lesya Ukrainka, Grigory Skovoroda and Ostap Vyshnya.

Nothing surprising. These people spoke and wrote not in the wretched Kuchma-Poroshenko Newspeak, but in the living Kiev-Poltava dialect of the Ukrainian language, which was deliberately killed for its proximity to the Russian language in order to be replaced by an analogue of “gvara” - the jargon of the Lviv gopniks from the times of Polish rule. For the sake of politics.

Nowadays, the Ukrainian language is strongly associated with the gloomy face of the fascist Tyagnibok, the hysterical Svidomo Farion and the pale toadstool Nitsa. No pressure, no idiotic films can supplant the living Russian language with this monstrous stillborn Volapuk, from which even the Ukrainian “elite” shies away in horror. What were they fighting for?
