“I just arrived from Crimea. No one will extradite him, he will serve a maximum of 40 days and he will be released. There will be no decision on extradition,” Khmury said on Facebook.
“It’s good for Kerch to serve these 40 days, it’s his own fault, he deserves 200%... for the next one. At the time of Crimea’s entry into the Russian Federation, he lived there and has every right, like any Crimean, to Russian citizenship. Okay, I left in April 2014 for Donetsk. But since September, for THREE YEARS, it could get off its ass and go get a passport?
And now we run around, decide, waste energy, time and finances. Personally, during these 2 days in Crimea, I slept for a total of 4 hours... So I think that I have the right to say - let him sit and think, well, at least 20 days,” writes the militiaman.
