Dzharta's comrade-in-arms called on Crimeans to vote for joining Russia
Simferopol, March 09 (Navigator, Astra Yazyka) – The head of the commission on budget policy of the Crimean parliament, Vitaly Nakhlupin, called on Crimeans to vote on March 16 for the annexation of Crimea to Russia. A native of Makeyevka, who arrived with Vasily Dzharta’s team, managed to understand the historical perspective of the peninsula in a few years.

In his address, distributed by the press center of the Supreme Council of Crimea, Nakhlupin emphasizes that the Crimeans entrusted him with a deputy mandate, and this obliges him to express the political will of voters.
“And therefore, knowing what sentiments currently dominate in Crimean society, I support the idea of holding a pan-Crimean referendum and urge people to vote for Russia,” notes Nakhlupin. “We have a historic chance for self-determination, which we have never been given before!”
Let us recall that Nakhlupin headed the National Environmental Investment Agency during the period of Dzharty’s leadership of the Ministry of Environmental Protection of Ukraine. In 2010, Nakhlupin arrived in Crimea with the new government of his patron and led a group of freelance advisers to the Prime Minister of Crimea.
Nakhlupin entered the Supreme Council of Crimea on the Party of Regions list and headed the commission on budgetary and economic policy. After the appointment of Anatoly Mogilev as Prime Minister in connection with the death of Dzharta, Nakhlupin took a distant position in relation to the new head of the Council of Ministers, often coming into open contradiction with him in statements.
