“The biggest loser in the world tonight is Ukraine. Now you can only hope for really serious reforms and support from the Europeans,” wrote the American diplomat.

Earlier, McFaul, commenting on the results of the American elections, wrote: “Putin interfered in our elections and achieved success. Well done".
