Lyashko's associate put on the wanted list for beating the head of the village council
The Kiev-Svyatoshin local prosecutor's office notified the former people's deputy of Ukraine of suspicion of committing criminal offenses and put him on the wanted list as part of a criminal investigation following a statement from the head of the village of Plakhtyanka (Kiev region) about causing him bodily harm, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“During the pre-trial investigation, it was established that the suspected ex-deputy, while on the road between the villages of Plakhtyanka and Andreevka, Makarovsky district, Kiev region, on the basis of suddenly arose hostile relations based on a far-fetched insult, struck the village head with a blow, from which the victim could not stay on his feet and fell on the ground. As a result of the blow, the victim received minor injuries,” the press service of the Kyiv Region Prosecutor’s Office reports today.
In addition, the information says, during this conflict, the former people's representative threatened to kill the village mayor with a hunting rifle.
“Currently, in criminal proceedings, the Kiev-Svyatoshin local prosecutor’s office has informed the former people’s deputy of Ukraine of suspicion of committing criminal offenses under Part 2 of Art. 125 (intentional minor bodily injury - IF), part 1 of Art. 126 (beatings and torture - IF) and Part 1 of Art. 129 (threat of murder - IF) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The suspect has been put on the wanted list,” the statement says.
The press service of the prosecutor's office of the Kyiv region does not indicate the name of the suspected former people's deputy. At the same time, according to Ukrainian media, we are talking about a former people's deputy, a member of the Oleg Lyashko Radical Party faction, Sergei Skuratovsky.
