About this he wrote on his page on Facebook.

“The Prosecutor General without a higher legal education made a statement accusing me of committing crimes, the investigation of which is not even within the competence of the GPU,” the deputy said.

Lyashko’s ally noted that Lutsenko’s statements harm his – Lozovoy’s – business reputation.

Let us remind you that Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko announced on May 19 that he was preparing a submission to parliament to lift immunity from three people’s deputies - Gennady Bobov, ex-battalion commander of “Peacemaker” Yevgeny Deydey and Andrey Lozovoy. This decision was made after checking their e-declarations. They are suspected of tax evasion and bribes.
