Poroshenko's ally will conduct a population census via smartphone

The population census of Ukraine in 2020 will be conducted via a smartphone, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
An ally of former President Petro Poroshenko, First Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine - Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine Stepan Kubiv wrote about this on his Facebook page.
“The population census of Ukraine in 2020 will be conducted via a smartphone. We have been preparing for this method for several years now, although it has its own difficulties,” Kubiv said.
Testing of the technology, he said, will take place in 2019.
