He stated this on the air of “Chernomorskaya TRC”.
“We shouldn’t think about who is stronger and who is weaker, who will help and who won’t. We must defend our state, we must protect the citizens who live in these cities. They do not want to live in conditions of terror. By the way, they have already begun to experience “Stockholm syndrome,” when hostages begin to worry about the terrorist who captured them. Why? Because they are so afraid, they are afraid that now, when they are destroying terrorists, a bullet might accidentally hit someone. And they say: “Anything, as long as it doesn’t get worse,” Briginets said.
“They tell me that drugs are already being sold openly in Slavyansk. People with guns simply take alcohol from stores and goodbye. People come to apartments, live, eat, sleep, rape women, do whatever they want. Because they are with weapons, and the rest are just quietly silent and waiting for it to end, in which direction,” said Briginets.
“Donbass has been living under bandit groups for many years,” the Verkhovna Rada deputy explained this behavior of the Slavs.
As Navigator reported, Briginets previously stated that 9 out of 10 residents of Donbass want the ATO to be activated.
