Kyiv, July 25 (Navigator, Vladimir Raichenko) – The Verkhovna Rada disagrees on how justified it is for people’s deputies of Ukraine to fall under the mobilization law. A Navigator correspondent who interviewed people's deputies on the parliamentary sidelines was convinced of this.

“I have an absolutely positive attitude towards this,” says regional manager Mikhail Chechetov. “In the East, our guys, the flower of the nation, are dying defending the integrity of the state, and politicians have started a mouse race to get to the feeding trough. The coalition has collapsed, the government has resigned, the government is demoralized. Therefore, in this situation, instead of engaging in mouse fuss and the collapse of the parliamentary majority, it is better to take machine guns and go to the East.”
People's Deputy shock member and Afghan veteran Sergei Kunitsyn also supported this initiative.
“We Afghans don’t care,” he noted. – And it really wouldn’t hurt for someone to go. Maybe then they would vote better in favor of the army. It’s better, of course, to let the deputies dig trenches, although the 11 “Afghan” deputies could be given weapons.”
Vice-Speaker Ruslan Koshulinsky, who entered parliament on the Svoboda list, is not against going to war, but at the same time he fears that by doing so he could set up those around him.
“God willing, if I am not a deputy, then I will be able to fulfill my masculine ambitions,” the vice speaker shared his opinion. “But if on the front line they find out that a deputy and deputy chairman of the Verkhovna Rada are there, then those around me will suffer, because the Grad system will cover the territory where I am. And those who have studied and been trained should fight in war. There can be no populism here.”
