People's Deputy from the Popular Front faction Ostap Semerak announced this on Channel 5.

According to him, over the next four years, Ukraine must repay $40 billion. And the State Budget for 2015 has allocated UAH 92 billion for servicing external debt, which is commensurate with the financing of all law enforcement agencies.

The parliamentarian noted that over the past year the government has reduced external debt by $3 billion.

“Last year, external creditors borrowed $9 billion from Ukraine, but Ukraine paid $14 billion for external obligations,” he emphasized.

Let us remind you that the Verkhovna Rada allowed the Cabinet of Ministers not to pay external debts, which is the first step towards declaring a default on the country.
