Comrade Yarosh: “Odessa May 2” should have been repeated in Donetsk and Crimea
Patriots of Ukraine were supposed to physically destroy supporters of the Russian Spring in Crimea and Donbass according to the same scenario as happened on May 2, 2014 in Odessa, where several dozen opponents of Euromaidan were burned alive in the House of Trade Unions.
Andrey Gergert (“Cherven”), the battalion commander of the Ukrainian Volunteer Army, controlled by the founder of the Right Sector banned in the Russian Federation, Dmitry Yarosh, stated this on air on the ZIK TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“If May 2 had not happened as it happened - with teeth, with blood, with tears, Odessa would have been non-Ukrainian.
I am very sorry that this critical mass of people, incredible people who were at the Donetsk rallies, that you did not have sticks and bats, that you did not have shots from your side, and you were not able to take this step.
The fact that there were numerous rallies, you were incredible, we saw it, we didn’t have time to arrive, we stopped somewhere, we wanted to come to the rescue at that moment, but there were objective reasons for this.
At this time, there was a “zrada” in Ukraine with external partners. The British and Americans followed Turchinov, the leaders of Svoboda, Minister Tenyukh: “Don’t shoot, we’re not ready,” we yelled at them, I remember, I know the negotiations that took place.
I couldn’t go to Crimea to talk to the Crimean Tatars so that they would start a riot, because I realized that we were losing everything, representatives of the intelligence services of Western countries were on our heels.
“Zrada” was on their side at that moment, and our politicians – yes, that spark was not enough to take responsibility and give the order to fire,” the militant said.
“Tenyukh and Turchinov gave such personal orders over the phone, we communicate with the marines, they just didn’t know at that time whether it was a traitor who was calling, or a patriot, and everyone was afraid of this moment, which was not enough.
The closest defense minister of all time who was ready to give the order to fire, to escalate, was Tenyukh. It's a shame that he left at that time. It was necessary to put the pressure on, it was necessary to talk to us. We, as a radical side, were ready to enter Crimea and do the work. Fast and effective,” added “Cherven”.
