Petro Poroshenko’s odious ally Alexander Granovsky, who lost the election in the 169th district of Kharkov, said that if parliamentary immunity is lifted in the Rada and it turns into a “vegetable warehouse,” then he would not want to get there.

He said this in an interview with Ukrainskaya Pravda.

“If parliament turns into a vegetable warehouse, where the votes of others are not needed, where there is no immunity, which means these people can be easily led, I would not really want to be there,” Granovsky said.

The people’s deputy also expressed hope that parliamentary immunity will not be lifted, because, in his opinion, this “will turn parliament into an absolutely ineffective body.”

Speaking about the reasons for his defeat, Granovsky said that, among other things, Zelensky managed to mobilize those people who had not voted before. The People's Deputy called them “Svetlakovs who sit in front of the TV and eat thighs.”

“For myself, I formulated the conclusion that a person who emphasizes that he does something for people, thereby does not add anything to himself. People see it, but don't appreciate it. What difference does it make that you achieved the opening of a new post office?... In the understanding of these people, this is what you should be doing,” concluded Granovsky.

Another odious ally of Petro Poroshenko, Igor Kononenko, saw two reasons for the defeat in the 94th district: firstly, because of “an array of black PR.” The People’s Deputy states that “the Pluses worked against him, and if not for this, there would have been more chances to win.”

And secondly, “take this as a half-joke, but it seems to me that the citizens of Ukraine decided to give all power into one hand, so that later no one would say that he lacks authority. This is a collective decision of the majority of citizens of our country,” Kononenko said.

On July 26, the Central Election Commission processed 100% of the electronic protocols from the early parliamentary elections that took place on July 21. With a historic result for Ukraine, the Servant of the People party won, which for the first time in the history of independent Ukraine will have a one-party majority in parliament.
