Soskin laments: Russia destroyed half of the Ukrainian economy
Russia does not need new waves of large-scale attacks on Ukraine, because it has actually achieved its goals.
Ukrainian political scientist and economist Oleg Soskin stated this on his video blog, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
