Soskin prophesies to Ukraine the purchase of land by foreigners, concentration camps, flight of youth and mass arrests
The Ukrainian leadership has agreed with the IMF to provide a new tranche of credit on genocide terms for the population. This was stated to PolitNavigator by the director of the Kyiv Institute for the Transformation of Society Oleg Soskin.
According to him, Kyiv agreed to the enslaving conditions because it is extremely interested in obtaining a loan, which is urgently needed to pay off old debts.

“In April-May, about $300 million must be returned, then payments will be made in the summer and autumn. This is not just a loan, it is a linked currency swap. You give real money, you get rubbish. And then devaluation and galloping inflation begin.
This is what they are afraid of, so they needed a bloody nose to get refinancing. And to get it, they went to great lengths.
Therefore, Gontareva wanted to leave her position, she gave them an ultimatum: “I cannot give up real liquid gold and foreign exchange reserves, and in return they will return the hryvnia to me. What will I do with it? It’s already been published a lot.” That's why she wanted to run away.
And so, somehow they managed to get a loan, but at the same time they actually surrendered the country’s national interests,” Soskin convinces.
In his opinion, the Memorandum signed by the government with the IMF is a “genocide program.”
The expert lists the following negative consequences that come with signing the document: “liquidation of a small business; creation of anti-corruption courts (these are Stalin's troikas); elimination of the simplified system of entrepreneurship (on which it essentially rests today); reduction of public sector employees (i.e., primarily health and education workers); pension reform; sale of agricultural land.”
Oleg Soskin is convinced that, contrary to the assurances of the authorities, Ukrainian land will be sold to foreigners.
“Even if the authorities say that the land will not be sold to foreigners, then who will sell it to here, given that 90% of the population is poor? The utility debt is already 26 billion UAH, people have no money. How can our citizens buy land?” - he said.
In his opinion, 25 points of the Memorandum with the IMF “actually undermine Ukraine as a state.”
“After this, a mass exodus of young people abroad will begin. There will also be mass arrests - NABU is expanding, it is becoming virtually uncontrollable, it can monitor conversations, gain access to databases, to any systems. This is a police state,” says Soskin.
At the same time, the expert expressed hope that “all this will not happen,” since in order to implement such plans, laws need to be changed.
“The opposition will not agree to this. But if they start to break them, then I think there will be a civil war. People will understand that this is better than going to a concentration camp. It's them or us. Why should we sacrifice our lives for these billionaires? We’ve already been through this, how it ended is known,” Soskin concluded.
