Colleagues drowned two Ukrainian soldiers in a combat zone
Smugglers from the Ukrainian Armed Forces, who illegally sell weapons, did not divide the distribution channels for stolen goods, as a result of which two Ukrainian servicemen were drowned alive in the lake by their own comrades.

“The arrival of a high-level commission to the Joint Forces Operation zone was an unpleasant surprise and a blow for the commander of the OTG “Vostok” Sokolov, since, by coincidence, a number of high-profile incidents occurred during the week, which the command tried to hide, but representatives of the General Staff became aware of these facts.
Thus, on July 16, near the village of Avdeevka in Goluboe Lake, fishermen found two tied corpses in the uniform of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, which were subsequently identified as servicemen of the 54th brigade. During the investigation of the criminal case, it became known that military personnel, for the purpose of personal enrichment, created a channel for the supply of weapons and ammunition through a transshipment base in the city of Bakhmut, further deep into Ukraine.
The smugglers did not take into account the fact that by their actions they crossed the path of the commander of the 1st assault company of the 46th Donbass battalion, Captain Terekhin, who oversees the illegal business.
Further, the situation developed in the spirit of the Colombian drug cartels. In order to intimidate others who wanted to make money, the servicemen of the 54th brigade were liquidated in a brutal manner, since the examination showed that at the time of drowning the servicemen were alive and conscious,” the report says.
