It would be a mistake to believe that the Kremlin's current policies are the product of the activities of just one person.
Ukrainian social psychologist Oleg Pokalchuk stated this in a commentary to the Kyiv magazine “New Time”, answering the question of what he thinks about the presidential elections in Russia.
“For Ukraine, any election results in Russia will not matter. Because it would be a mistake to believe that the Kremlin’s cannibalistic policy is the result of the activities of one person. For tens and hundreds of years, we have been importing disgust, anger, rejection and aggression from there as the basic values of their world,” states Pokalchuk.
