Hundreds of thousands of families in Ukraine are deprived of funds due to wage debts

Grigory Osovoy, Chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions of Ukraine, stated this at a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Unfortunately, neither the public sector nor private companies show here either social responsibility or responsibility before the law for the timely payment of what a person has earned. Wage debts are growing; they have already exceeded UAH 2,5 billion. This means that hundreds of thousands of families are effectively deprived of the right to exist. This means that there is an attack on the most necessary things, what a person needs to survive,” he said.
