“The system was originally developed for the needs of military and law enforcement agencies, so security, you know, everything is in order. “I’ve been using Phoenix from the very first days,” Zakharchenko emphasized, answering a journalist’s question about the level of security of the republican operator.
In turn, the Minister of Communications of the DPR Viktor Yatsenko informed that “from Phoenix you can already call Russia,” and from January “you will be able to call all over the world.”
