The Security Council of Ukraine already sees borders without Lviv and Transcarpathia
The National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine saw the birth of a new world order.
Deputy Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Alexander Litvinenko stated this at the scientific conference “Ukrainian Second World War” held in Kyiv.

“You and I, like all people, live in extremely important times,” the official noted. “Now a new world order is being born and the world order system that was formed by the Second World War is finally ending.”
It is worth noting that the phrase uttered by the representative of the National Security and Defense Council about the end of the world order system formed by the Second World War looks, if not stupid, then ambiguous, since the result of this system was the incorporation of Galicia and Transcarpathia into Ukraine.
