This was announced by the speaker of the Information and Analytical Center of the National Security and Defense Council Andrey Lysenko.
According to him, the rioters are increasing their group of forces and means, including “groups of military personnel in the uniform of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation without recognition marks.”
“Such a group was spotted in the area of the village of Izvarino. The group is armed with artillery and Grad installations,” says Lysenko.
As Navigator reported, earlier in Kyiv they said that Russia carried out artillery strikes on the Ukrainian military.
