Avakov's advisor hints to Akhmetov that it would be nice to give away half of the capital
Kyiv, July 30 (Navigator, Yuri Kovalchuk) – Oligarch Rinat Akhmetov must give at least half of his money for the restoration of Donbass, Advisor to the Minister of Internal Affairs Zoryan Shkiryak said on Channel 5.

“Akhmetov could have given at least half of his money so that people would calm down. Because this is the Kremlin’s tactics – to sow panic and instability in the region and the country as a whole,” Shkiryak believes.
Zoryan Shkiryak also stated that the destruction of industry and infrastructure in Donbass is the work of separatists, on the direct instructions of Vladimir Putin.
