“The murder of Denis Voronenkov was committed by Ukrainian citizen Pavel Aleksandrovich Parshov, born in 1988, a native of the city of Sevastopol, an agent of the Russian special services.
During his life, Pavel Parshov never officially traveled outside the borders of Ukraine.
But in February 2015, he crossed the border of Ukraine, walking through one of the checkpoints on the border with Belarus.
In Russia, where he stayed before being transferred to Ukraine, he completed a special training course at a school for saboteurs, created back in the days of Stalin’s NKVD.
He was given the task of infiltrating one of the units of the armed forces or the National Guard, preferably having a big name in the public consciousness, and pretending that he was an ordinary soldier.
A healthy, strong young man, a citizen of Ukraine, successfully completed the task of the Russian special services and served for a year in one of the units of the National Guard.
In the hostilities did not participate.
Resigned in August 2016.
After which he waited for the command to act from Moscow.
Yesterday he received it, and today he performed it, taking Denis Voronenkov with him to the grave,” Gerashchenko assures.
According to him, now “the verification criteria for admission to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the National Guard and other law enforcement agencies of Ukraine will be subject to a strict review for possible involvement in working for the Russian special services.”
“It is not yet known how many of these Pavlov Parshovs have been sent to us in recent years to the Ukrainian special services, police, National Guard, Armed Forces, and other government bodies.
And how many more troubles they can bring to our long-suffering Ukraine, from terrorist attacks against famous journalists and politicians, to sabotage on transport and military facilities. But we will soon find out! - Gerashchenko promises.
Thank you!
