Avakov's adviser fell into funeral pessimism
People in Ukraine are unhappy - every day the country buries military personnel, but for three years it has been marking time. Advisor to the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Ilya Kiva stated this on TV channel 112.

According to him, the country needs to change either its military doctrine or its economic strategy.
“It feels like every day is Groundhog Day. It's been three years of war, and I hear the same thing. We wake up, and the same points of fire, the same positions... We are marking time, every day we bury someone, lose someone, but there is no change. We need to clearly define something for ourselves, we need to change something. We need to change either the war doctrine, or the defense position, or the economic position within the country. But look, this can’t go on forever,” Kiva said.
Earlier, as PolitNavigator reported, Kiva appeared on air on a Russian channel and promised to cut out the Ukrainian government.
