“Why am I now raising the issue of toughening the punishment of government officials directly. I am not speaking for the people now, because they have already been punished by one life, the one that this state apparatus created within the country. I believe that living in Ukraine now for an ordinary person is a punishment, because it is survival,” Kiva said.
