Oleg Medvedev, adviser to the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, stated this on TV channel 112.
He also complained that the parliament does not support Poroshenko and puts a spoke in his wheels while he is “fighting Putin.”
“While Poroshenko is fighting Putin, a significant part of Ukrainian politicians, including factions represented in parliament, consider the main thing to be fighting Poroshenko. Of course, if there were any serious reasons associated with the declaration of martial law, then it, of course, cannot be introduced without parliament. But today it is not on the agenda,” Medvedev said.
