Advisor to Strelkov: Many people dreamed of our heroic death in Slavyansk
Slavyansk, July 09 (Navigator, Mikhail Ryabov) - The decision to retreat the pro-Russian rebels from Slavyansk was correct; too many both in the Russian Federation and in Kiev dreamed that Igor Strelkov and his comrades would die in the besieged city.

“I’ll be honest: if at first I left Slavyansk with a bad feeling, and even slightly doubted the correctness of the order, although I carried it out, now, on the contrary, I am completely convinced that Strelkov was absolutely, one hundred percent right. Because the hysteria that arose after our entry into Donetsk from a motley group of Ukrainian neo-fascists, suspicious “Russian patriots” like Kurginyan, Akhmetov’s people, suggests that they simply dreamed of our heroic death. The arrival of the crystal honest, ideological Igor Strelkov and his strong militia in Donetsk confuses all the cards for the political corrupt officials of Donetsk, Moscow and Kyiv. They thought of plundering and draining the Donbass, but now this opportunity is slipping away. So they went crazy,” says the statement released by Druz.
“Now, after all the hysterics of Kurginyan and other figures, I am absolutely convinced that Strelkov’s order to stand to the end would be criminal, needlessly killing both civilians and the militia,” the adviser to the DPR leader emphasized.
“Obviously Kurginyan started his information attack for a reason. All this stupidity and abomination was ordered by very influential people who want to “share” funds for our misfortune, perhaps they are trying to “drain” Novorossiya. Let us recall the chronology of Kurginyan’s adventures over the past decades. He "consistently supported" patriotic movements. Patriots were periodically killed and imprisoned, while Kurginyan basked in glory and grew rich. He advised the State Emergency Committee. And where did the members of the State Emergency Committee end up? He advised the Supreme Council of Russia. And where did the Supreme Council of Russia end up in 1993? Now Kurginyan is “trying to help” Novorossiya...” reflects Druz.
