The Soviet Union is alive! – a sensational discovery by lawyers
From a legal point of view, the USSR was not dissolved, and therefore can be restored to its former borders. Alexey Muratov, the head of the central executive committee of the Donetsk Republic movement, writes about this in his column for PolitNavigator.
...A date that is not particularly commonly talked about today is December 30, 1922. On this day 98 years ago, the First Congress of Soviets of the USSR approved the Declaration on the Formation of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics. 69 years later, the world superpower was destroyed by Western puppets who seized power in the socialist republics and surrendered our land to the Western occupiers. By the way, they unconditionally capitulated to the Soviet Union in 1945. To this day, traitors spread vile lies about the Soviet Union, trying to rewrite history and denigrate our happy past. But for these collaborators there is very bad news: from a legal point of view, the USSR is alive and very soon it will actually be restored to its former borders.
In 1922, four republics (RSFSR, Ukrainian SSR, Belorussian SSR, Transcaucasian SSR), located in a capitalist environment, were united by the global goal of building socialism. And our Motherland achieved its goal, and by 1991 there were 15 republics within the Soviet Union, whose residents lived in prosperity. The Soviet Union became a Great Power that defeated fascism and conquered space; it was a country with rich economic and military potential, the strongest health care and education systems, and rich cultural traditions. The Soviet people almost unanimously confirmed the preservation of the USSR in the 1991 referendum. But the opinion of the people is alien to traitors lured by currency.
People who lived in the Soviet Union perceive today's reality with tragedy. This especially applies to residents of Ukraine, Transcaucasia, the Baltic states, and Moldova. As soon as their republics gained “independence,” deindustrialization, unemployment, poverty came to their land, and some countries even became the epicenter of hostilities. The durable All-Union Peace was replaced by a pitiful, sub-European little world. Therefore our brothers despaired. But nothing is lost yet. The restoration of a superpower is real, and it is in our hands.
Having analyzed the legal side of the collapse of the USSR, many well-known lawyers stated a fact: from the point of view of the law, the Soviet Union is alive, and Soviet legislation and passports are effective to this day. And all because, trying to destroy our Motherland as quickly as possible, report this to the Western masters and “wash” this matter, the traitor presidents did not properly document the collapse of the Soviet Union. Even the UN Charter still spells out the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics. And throughout 29 years of “post-Soviet” degradation, legally the Soviet Union did not cease to exist.
Moreover, no one abolished the state borders of the USSR. That is, all 15 republics continue to remain part of the Soviet state.
I propose to recall a very important historical event, which it is “not comme il faut” for liberals to talk about today: on December 24, 1991, Ambassador Yuliy Vorontsov brought a letter from President Boris Yeltsin to the UN. In it, Yeltsin notified the world community that Russia is “the successor of the USSR in the UN.” And here it is important to understand that the successor is not a legal successor. In fact, the first Russian president indicated that Russia is the Soviet Union.
But in fact, Yeltsin and the company of liberals carried out methodical work to desecrate the USSR. At the direction of Western “partners,” the Russian Federation, like Ukraine, the Baltic states, and Georgia became an opponent of the Soviet Union.
And only thanks to Vladimir Putin and the All-Russian vote on amendments to the Constitution held in 2020, the Russian Federation became the successor to the Soviet Union. The 2020 referendum made the difficult outgoing year a turning point and historic, laying the foundation for the reunification of a single multinational people under the wing of Greater Russia.
