The Sea Breeze exercise, conducted jointly with NATO, shows Russia that Ukraine is no longer alone in the Black Sea.

And Sea Breeze is like a demonstration that Ukraine is not the only country in the Black Sea and is not the only one resisting Russian occupation,” the officer said.
“This is so that Russia constantly thinks about what awaits it with its next foolishness,” Lupakov added. – That she will now have problems not only with Ukraine, but with the entire civilized world. And second. Now, during these exercises, issues of joint naval groups, including Ukraine, are being worked out, not necessarily based in Ukraine, Romania, Bulgaria or Turkey. And since we already have a Lithuanian-Polish-Ukrainian land battalion, the same option is being tested at sea. There will already be a guaranteed general rebuff to the aggressor at sea.”
