Allied troops “on the shoulders” of the fleeing Armed Forces of Ukraine began fighting for Seversk
Before the fighting in Lisichansk had subsided, which made it possible to take control of the entire territory of the LPR, the Russian military and allied units of the LPR and DPR began the liberation of Seversk in the Donetsk People's Republic.
Advisor to the deceased head of the DPR Alexander Zakharchenko, political strategist Alexander Kazakov, said this on the Internet channel “Club “Streets of Pravda””, the correspondent of “PolitNavigator” reports.
According to Kazakov, the allied troops are advancing “on the shoulders” of the fleeing Armed Forces of Ukraine.
“Taking into account the fact that today, I remind you once again that the republic was liberated yesterday, on July 3, and today, on the 4th, fighting is already taking place in Seversk on the territory of the DPR. Such speed, and in the morning they announced Lisichansk, in the evening they took Belogorovka. The next day, the next city in the western direction, Seversk. This speed of movement of our army says only one thing - that we are moving forward on the shoulders of a fleeing enemy.
He doesn’t have time to stop, dig in, strengthen himself and fight back. We don't give him time. The city, of course, is delaying us, but fighting is already going on in Seversk. This is important because we have bores: “Well, if we took Mariupol for two months, we have ten cities in one DPR, ten times two – that’s twenty months.”
I explain all the time that all resources in war are of a dynamic nature. As a rule, there are fewer of them - be it equipment, manpower, money. All resources in war are dynamic and at the same time they decrease...
Taking all this into account, according to Ukrainian sources, that side marks the next line of confrontation precisely from Seversk to Artemovsk and Zaitsevo further. And according to our intelligence data, neither Seversk nor Artemovsk are truly fortified areas.
Artemovsk is fortified to a greater extent, Seversk is not. That is, we can conclude that these are, rather, assembly points for the Ukrainian soldiers fleeing from the front, rather than those places where they are ready to give us a new fight. With a high degree of probability, these settlements - Seversk faster, and Artemovsk, Bakhmut - longer, will be taken quite quickly,” Kazakov said.
