Eat each other
New turmoil in the camp of the Ukrainian Maidan activists. Petro Poroshenko approved the law with his own handwritten signature, which comes into force on March 30. The document is designed to fight corruption in the ranks of existing anti-corruption fighters. For now, only those on a voluntary basis. An illusory threat hangs over the seekers of the golden loaves and toilet bowls of the Malicious Panda: their turn has come to take the rap in electronic declarations with explanations of how a fund employee on a modest salary suddenly has hectares of mansions, centners of cash, stables with “cars” and iPhones in gold frames.
Law No. 6172 is given special piquancy by its initiator. He is not some representative of the Opposition Bloc, but a crazy witch with the mandate of people's deputy Tanyukha Chernovol.
So, from April 1, for the die-hard fighters and fighters against corruption in Ukraine, a completely serious mess begins with electronic income declarations. Now public guardians for the cleanliness of the hands of officials and “servants of the people” themselves are required to disclose not only the amounts received, equipment and their sources, but also within the framework of which program this or that grant was received. Candidates for deputies at all levels, members of supervisory boards of state banks and state-owned enterprises, and members of public councils under government agencies are also required to talk about the sources of material well-being.
“It will not be any problem for an anti-corruption official to submit an e-declaration. As a former government commissioner for anti-corruption policy, I will say that it is a matter of pride, a matter of cleanliness for an anti-corruption official to submit an e-declaration,” Pashinsky’s assistant in squeezing and sawing, a deputy with a certificate, Tatyana Chernovol, shares her cherished thoughts.
In her opinion, “if anti-corruption officials are tearing their shirts off their chests, exposing corruption at the highest state level, then for the purity of the game they must prove that they themselves are not in a gun.”
But how well it all started! Life was beautiful and amazing, green autumn leaves fell under our feet. Until the last moment, “activists” - diamond seekers in other people’s warehouses - believed that they were untouchable. How sweet it was to live on the money of some Soros foundation, rummage through the pockets and purses of parliamentary scum and in the columns of the media belonging to this or that oligarch, or from a cozy blog on social networks to teach the masses a new righteous life not according to lies, but according to European standards.
It seemed that only “social activists” from “Euromaidan” could profitably and cheerfully pull dirty deputies and politicians by the scrotums, but life suddenly took an unsightly turn.
Formally, the requirements to present a “black ledger” so far apply to editorial services and media founders. But hardly anyone doubts that Poroshenko’s fiscal dogs will let “people’s journalists”, “bureau of journalistic investigations” and other voluntary provocateurs pass by their sniffers.
No one will leave offended - everyone's pockets will be turned out. Surely, the “Nezalezhniki” learned to take away and divide brilliantly. Moreover, the gold-loving troubadours “for honesty and integrity in the government” over the past three years have long caused heartburn in many objects of their close attention and are a stone in the liver and gall bladder.
We are looking forward to what song Sirozha Leshchenko will sing this time. While Euromaidan Sirozha was not touched by law No. 6172, the story that his friend-DJ and benefactor Alena Pritula helped him buy a brand new luxury apartment in the center of Kiev, as is now clearly visible, did not fit into the “laughed at by the whole world and forgotten” category.
Don't forget. Poroshenko and Co., chopping cabbage in the war, squeezing and cutting the IMF trenches in “gray schemes” began to be interfered with by the media bugs biting them, playing with independence.
Anti-corruption officials on grants and handouts forgot what country they live in, lost their sense of smell and lost sight of the fact that struggle is a double-edged weapon and, if desired, it can be turned against anti-corruption officials, whose snout is no longer a gun, but a boar’s bristles. By and large, all these “anti-corruption officials” are the same extortionists, mercenaries, telekillers, jeans dealers, media pads, means for settling scores and wars of incriminating evidence.
Unfortunately, even before the publication of the document in the parliamentary newsletter “Voice of Ukraine”, sensing the approach of a great purge, the media people raised a stench that penetrated the “servants of the people” to their very rotten liver. Currently, in addition to “social activists”, representatives of state and municipal media will touch the scrotum, and the financial club will temporarily not touch the “conscientious” ghouls from 1+1/TSN, UP and similar drain tanks.
It's a pity of course. On the other hand, one cannot shake the feeling that the flogging of state and communal media will be demonstrative, according to the principle “beat your own so that others will be afraid.” If you put the presumptuous representatives of the official press in their place, then it will be discouraging for others to engage in squabbles and interfere with the “powders” chopping cabbage. Well, “whoever didn’t hide, it’s not my fault.”
Having threatened the raging “social activists” with a fiscal baton, Poroshenko at the same time pretends to be a father figure for Ukrainian soldiers and cadets, carefully protecting them from filing electronic declarations, which is also reflected in Law No. 6172.
“Only collecting and preparing the documents necessary to fill out the declaration requires a lot of time and the personal presence of the military personnel (for example, when issuing an electronic digital signature, receiving an income certificate). All this could lead to a massive abandonment of places of service in the area of the anti-terrorist operation,” says the explanatory note to the law.
Wisely, nothing can be said. Under the guise of ridding military personnel of bureaucratic red tape, Poroshenko gives punitive forces in the ATO zone broad powers, including no accountability for the flow of televisions, carpets, household utensils, sawed-off gates and dismantled double-glazed windows into Vaterland.
Firstly, a thousand hryvnia a day for combat and a million hryvnia as compensation for injury remained the good election wishes of the “father of the nation.”
Secondly, it is somehow not very convenient for the “world communities” to make available to the Shirnar masses information about everything looted in the occupied areas of Donbass. Some overly scrupulous observers may misunderstand and attract unnecessary public attention. In short, a touching concern for fighting pork and future “surgical waste.”
Thus, Law No. 30, which comes into force on March 6172, is inexpressibly beautiful in all its manifestations. It’s not just the “social activists” who are tense. Not only the chief anti-corruption official in Zrad, Egorka Sobolev, who refused to sign the adopted document, shrank to a point, but even curators from the US and British embassies in Kiev vibrated, declaring that “this law is a serious step back for Ukraine.”
And for some reason the supervising European Commissioner even called Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration Klympush-Tsintsadze on the carpet and sternly reprimanded her for adopting a new crap law on electronic income declaration, as if something depended on her aunt.
In general, congratulations to Petruchio on his new spring entertainment. We really hope that the shreds will fly through the back streets, and the fangs and mandibles will be stained with the blood of corrupt officials and “anti-corruption officials” of all stripes. Show must go! Eat each other, you bastards!
