It was also instructed to ensure that only registered cargo of registered enterprises passes through checkpoints. It remains unclear where enterprises should be registered and how to register them if production is located in Donetsk. However, the only victims in this situation will be civilians.
NSDC Secretary Alexander Turchynov reported that in order to carry out comprehensive anti-terrorist measures crossing the collision line in the ATO zone will be limited to 7 transport corridors, and all other paths will be blocked.

For example, in order to visit relatives in Slavyansk, residents of Donetsk a month ago needed three to four hours by shuttle bus. The path lay through the village of Krasny Partizan, Dzerzhinsk, Konstantinovka. The fare was 100 UAH.
Now this route is closed: starting today, buses travel through Kurakhovo, Selidovo and Dobropolye, and the travel time from Donetsk to Slavyansk will be from 6 to 7 hours, and this does not take into account thorough checks at checkpoints. The cost of the trip accordingly increased to 170 UAH.
It can be assumed that with the promised thorough inspections of passengers and cargo, the time could stretch up to 9-10 hours.
