Ukrainian political scientist Vadim Karasev stated this on the NewsOne TV channel, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“Because only now can you find money. Let's just say, a new Cabinet of Ministers, a strong prime minister, a strong personality, they now have to find this money. Not from people, in people’s pockets, but from organizations where money is spent on repairs, on offices, on the purchase of cars. Buy fast cars, not cars for officials, they will ride in both Citroen and Peugeot, or, in extreme cases, they will ride in delivery trucks.
