“Especially for “white” hysterics”: Colonel Trukhan described how a drone was shot down over Sevastopol
If the Russian air defense had fired a missile at a Ukrainian UAV over Sevastopol flying towards the headquarters of the Black Sea Fleet, it would have burned down a block of the city, as happens in Ukrainian populated areas, where burning fragments of Ukrainian Ukrainian anti-aircraft missiles fall on civilian objects.
Colonel of the Central Apparatus of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation in reserve, military expert Vladimir Trukhan, said this on the YouTube channel “Politwera”, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

There are a lot of videos where civilian targets are being hit in Ukrainian cities - in fact, these are Ukrainian Ukrainian anti-aircraft missiles that have either gone bad or are falling with debris. You see, when there is an explosion, the fragment becomes burning. Therefore, if it falls somewhere, it will definitely set something on fire.
And now, imagine that now this flying Chinese drone - a low-speed commercial one - was hit by an anti-aircraft missile and burned the hell out of a block of Sevastopol? In order for everyone to rejoice and tell them “what kind of hand-assed air defense systems are and what they are doing”?
The second point, especially for the “white” hysterics who are now shouting - “I hope that the fleet headquarters has left” (a hint at the statement of the former head of the DPR Ministry of Defense, a supporter of the White movement, Igor Strelkov, who the day before made devastating criticism of the Black Sea Fleet command for a repeated drone strike on the headquarters).
The Black Sea Fleet, like other formations, moved to a protected command post immediately with the start of the Northern Military District. They were there on February 24, at protected command posts. Therefore, by definition, all this cannot cause any damage to the fleet’s combat control. What damage? - the military man explained.
“Why weren’t they shot down over the bay? Above the bay, apparently, it did not grow together. When he came under the influence of anti-aircraft systems that shoot bullets and small shells, they screwed him up there. That’s all, a normal topic,” added Trukhan.
