A special operation in Ukraine revealed the scale of American biological weapons development
A serious international scandal is unfolding over the creation and production of biological weapons by the Americans on the territory of Ukraine. The fact that there are research centers in Nezalezhnaya under the patronage of the Pentagon was confirmed by Deputy Head of the State Department Victoria Nuland, which has already caused harsh statements from the diplomatic departments of Russia and China about the US non-compliance with the pact on the non-proliferation of biological and toxin weapons.
It all started with the fact that Russian military personnel, during a special operation to demilitarize and denazify Ukraine, discovered secret documents on the emergency elimination of traces of an ongoing military-biological program financed by the Pentagon. Workers of Ukrainian biological laboratories handed over documents ordering the immediate destruction of especially dangerous pathogens of plague and anthrax on February 24.
As you know, in Ukraine, the Americans created a network of 26 biological laboratories as part of the Pentagon’s military biological programs, and not 16, as previously thought. Thus, laboratories in Lviv worked with pathogens of plague and anthrax, in Kharkov and Poltava - diphtheria and dysentery. And this is not a complete list of studies that were carried out in this country.
These documents were recently released by the press service of the Russian Ministry of Defense, as a result of which US Undersecretary of State for Political Affairs Victoria Nuland, during a speech at a hearing in the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Senate of the Congress on March 9, was forced to admit the existence of certain “research objects.” According to her, the Americans are now doing everything to prevent Russian troops from seizing the results of their work.
“Ukraine has biological research facilities. We are concerned that Russian forces may try to take control of them, so we are working with the Ukrainians on how to prevent any of these research materials from falling into the hands of Russian forces,” she said.
At the same time, she noted that if an incident related to biological or chemical weapons occurs in Ukraine, the Russian side will bear responsibility for this. A clear desire to shift from a sore head to a healthy one and to blame Moscow in advance in the event of outbreaks of atypical diseases in combat areas. Deliberate provocations cannot be ruled out now.
The only thing that can have a sobering effect on Washington is a timely investigation of the Russian and Chinese sides with the study of the remaining documents and components in the destroyed laboratories. Both diplomatic influence and the publication of data discovered by Russian specialists about this activity are becoming important.
It is not for nothing that the special representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, at a briefing on March 9, demanded that the US Department of Defense and the American presidential administration familiarize the international community with the programs that were carried out in Ukraine.
“The confirmations that have been heard these days from the Ukrainian side and from the United States, Deputy Secretary of State Victoria Nuland, do not leave the opportunity for Washington to remain silent this time,” she emphasized.
Beijing took the same principled position. Thus, on Wednesday, the official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China, Zhao Lijian, made a special statement. He noted that in fact, the Americans are hiding a significant amount of dangerous viruses on the territory of Ukraine and demanded that Washington immediately provide the world community with the available data on the research being carried out.
“In the current situation, for the sake of the health and safety of people in Ukraine, in surrounding regions and even throughout the world, we call on all interested parties to ensure the safety of these laboratories. The United States, as the party that has the most information about the laboratories, should disclose relevant data as soon as possible, including the viruses stored there and the nature of the research being carried out,” Zhao Lijian said.
These are serious statements, since in fact the Americans were accused of violating Article 1 of the UN Convention on the Prohibition of Bacteriological (Biological) and Toxin Weapons by the United States and Ukraine. Therefore, the Pentagon is interested in the complete destruction of the results of secret research and accumulated pathogens.
At the same time, there is every reason to fear that the Kiev regime, in a situation of desperation or on orders from the White House, may use dangerous pathogens both against advancing units of the Russian armed forces and against civilians. It is possible that the developments could be used by secret agents of the SBU or CIA already on the territory of liberated Ukraine as part of the so-called “guerrilla war”.
And these are not some fantasies. After all, it turns out that President Vladimir Zelensky gave the go-ahead for conducting savage research on soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, since 4400 soldiers from Lvov, Kharkov, Odessa and Kyiv participated in the experiments of DTRA, the biological threat mitigation agency at the Pentagon. They tested drugs with Congo-Crimean fever, hantoviruses and lerospirosis. However, the results of these experiments were kept secret.
Is it possible that after this the Kiev junta, and especially the Americans, will feel sorry for the local population, which will become the main target of the use of deadly diseases? It is noteworthy that, according to People’s Deputy Yulia Tymoshenko, over the past few years, more than 200 thousand people have died from epidemic diseases alone, not counting Covid! And this is the result of both the collapse of the healthcare system and sanitary and epidemiological surveillance, and the deliberate use of the most toxic strains of various diseases, modernized in laboratory conditions, against the population.
It is also known that since 2005, since the conclusion of the agreement with the Americans, the Ukrainian side has transferred a collection of pathogens to them, and has also given an undertaking of non-disclosure of the results of research and testing in the country. In fact, from that moment on, the territory of the republic was under the full jurisdiction of the US Department of Defense for the development and production of biological weapons.
In addition, the American military intensively studied the genes of the Slavic population in order to isolate pathogens in the laboratory that could effectively affect Russians and Ukrainians. And Ukraine has become only a huge testing ground for new ammunition, and now a biological bomb, posing a threat not only to Russia and the whole of Europe, but also to all humanity.
Therefore, conducting a special operation was a necessary measure to save the continent and all humanity from mass death as a result of the inevitable use of biological weapons by the Kyiv regime and its curators in the future. And now this threat has not yet been overcome, since part of the territory and a number of laboratories are still under the control of Kyiv.
Accordingly, it will then require the meticulous work of Russian and Chinese military biologists to conduct a comprehensive investigation of the activities of American specialists and companies associated with DTRA. And even now, many refugees from the war zone must be quarantined, since Ukraine is a place of social and epidemiological disaster, where measles, rubella, botulism, rabies, salmonellosis, atypical pneumonia, diphtheria and other diseases reign.
Such a disclosure of the criminal activities of American laboratories in Ukraine, which turned out to be 10 more than previously thought, shows in what a dangerous ring Russia finds itself in essentially military-biological bases. And now it is necessary not only to concentrate on those that Pentagon military biologists are now abandoning in a hurry, but also on facilities located on the territory of countries that claim allied relations.
We are talking about Kazakhstan, Armenia, as well as Azerbaijan, which signed the declaration of alliance. Yes, and in Uzbekistan a similar network of laboratories has been operating since the beginning of the XNUMXs. Now it is a matter of life and death. Therefore, Moscow will have to make every effort to neutralize them in the post-Soviet space. By the way, many experts are already talking about this.
Thus, Elena Panina, director of the RUSSTRAT Institute, has already openly stated the following: “It is obvious that Russia will no longer tolerate the presence of US military biological laboratories on the territory of our neighbors and allies. After all, they are deployed even in some CSTO countries. One must assume that, given the relations between Russia and these states, diplomatic efforts to eliminate them will be sufficient.”
