Intelligence agencies call for investigation of Ukrainian provocation in Sevastopol
The disruption of the screening of the film “Opolchenochka” and the broadcast instead of a film about ATO militants, which took place the day before in Sevastopol, is a clear provocation. The intelligence services must investigate this matter and punish the perpetrators.
Sevastopol politician Vadim Kolesnichenko told PolitNavigator about this.
“I'm outraged - that's not the right word. I’m just seething with indignation, because this has already happened again. Several years ago, during an official event, the Ukrainian anthem was played. Therefore, I believe that the special services must dig deep and find the culprits. This can be neither an accident, nor a coincidence, nor an overlay. This is a deliberate provocation precisely in the hero city and precisely at this film festival. I can’t evaluate this differently, I don’t want to and I won’t,” Kolesnichenko said.
Former deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Oleg Tsarev agreed with him:
“I think this is a provocation. We need to look into it and punish the perpetrators, because this clearly does not coincide with the point of view of the residents of Sevastopol. This is the prank of some group of several people.”
Let us remind you that earlier in the Sevastopol cinema “Moscow”, as part of the film festival screening of the film “Militia” was disrupted, filmed based on the events in the LPR in 2014. Instead, viewers began to broadcast the Ukrainian propaganda film “Call Sign “Banderas,” dedicated to the ATO militants. According to former senator Andrei Sobolev, who was present at the screening, the head of Sevastopol Cinema, Dmitry Garnega, should be responsible for this.
