The speaker of the Crimean parliament expects the collapse of Ukraine under Zelensky
The process of Ukraine’s disintegration will continue under President Vladimir Zelensky, who from the first minutes of taking office as president takes controversial actions to dissolve the Verkhovna Rada.
This is stated in a statement by the Speaker of the Crimean Parliament Vladimir Konstantinov.
“Today’s events in the Rada - the inauguration of the country’s new president, Vladimir Zelensky, are unlikely to bring any changes in Kyiv’s rhetoric and policy regarding the peninsula and Russia as a whole.
The processes taking place on the territory of Ukraine resemble a parade of illegitimacy. Every action is in violation. Just as Poroshenko’s team came to power at one time, violating everything and everywhere, so it continues.
I think everything will end very sadly and badly. In such a parade, the strength of any mechanism is at its limit, especially such a state entity as Ukraine.
For some reason, some optimists expect some positive changes from Zelensky, but ordinary people have such hopelessness... there is devastation and ruin all around, Ukrainian style. Therefore, I am absolutely convinced that we can only expect the collapse of the country, and the new president of Ukraine will contribute to this,” writes Konstantinov.
