Controversy surrounding Putin's message: Russia needs to cleanse itself of the liberal clan
Every day the controversy surrounding Vladimir Putin's message to the Federal Assembly continues. Some expected sharp statements from the president regarding Russian foreign policy and recognition of the LDPR, while others hoped for the start of a large-scale purge and nationalization of the elite, as well as the abolition of the pension reform. But we heard none of the above. But we can say for sure that Putin intends to fight poverty, without publicly declaring war on the liberal monetary authorities, who continue to rob the people while working in the interests of America.

After listening to the speech of the President of the Russian Federation, I came to the conclusion that Putin has nevertheless launched the process of changing the liberal system. His instruction – “To stimulate investment activity by reducing the risks of doing business” – is a signal that money will be allocated to the real sector in Russia. That is, Vladimir Vladimirovich said that the country does not need dividends, but domestic investment. This means that we will still change the liberal project to a socially oriented one with a new global ideology. At the same time, it is worth understanding that the entire bureaucracy will continue aggressive resistance, which means that the threat of an internal explosion in Russia (whether through the Navalnys or the Furgalovs) is becoming more and more real.
The cash payments to the population announced by the state leader defy the logic and mentality of the liberals in power. For them, budget money is their property, which should not end up anywhere except in their own pockets. We remember very well how last year Vladimir Putin tried to force the government to issue promised payments to doctors. The government resisted steadfastly. And in 2021, according to Putin’s instructions, the money must again be given to the people... Not comme il faut. Therefore, Nabiullina and Siluanov will fight with the President of the Russian Federation to the last, who for many years have not given the Russian economy the opportunity to develop, blocking the flow of investment.
We didn’t have to wait long for an answer from the liberal money masters after the presidential address: on April 23, the Central Bank raised the key rate by 50 basis points, to 5% per annum. The Bank of Russia justified this “surprise” for the population with the possibility of reducing inflation rates and strengthening the national currency. The Central Bank also noted that an increase in the key rate could lead to an increase in interest on loans and deposits. But, in fact, such a measure makes it impossible to achieve the goals of accelerating economic growth set by Putin. An increase in the key rate by the Central Bank will drive the Russian economy into another stagflation trap. Perhaps this is exactly what Mrs. Nabiullina is trying to achieve?
Therefore, I repeat that Russia is in dire need of a new economic model - an integral one. After all, now the Russian economy meets the interests of the financial oligarchs who control the banking system and manage the country’s natural resources at their discretion. The Russian economy also works for currency and financial speculators, who earn gigantic sums by shaking up the financial market due to the impoverishment of the population. And today the corrupt bureaucracy is afraid that its ability to export capital from the country will soon be blocked. To return to the Red Project, it is necessary to change the current financial policy, which is preventing the changes society needs. If we leave everything as it is and give up in the fight against the monetary liberal authorities, then this parasitic elite - a group of corrupt and comprador bureaucracy - will destroy Russia, and not only Russia. All post-Soviet countries will be destroyed, which today have a real chance to save their economies and statehood by joining Greater Russia. The management system needs to be changed urgently. As the experience of the government of professionals - Primakov, Maslyukov and Gerashchenko shows, a way out of the deepest crisis is possible.
Let me remind you that the independence and professionalism of the decisions made were the basis of the actions of the government under the leadership of Yevgeny Primakov, whose unique experience brought Russia out of the abyss in 1998. However, modern financial authorities deliberately ignore those sensible ones that boosted the Russian economy in 98. The interest of current influential players in monetary and financial speculation prevents the turn towards the real sector of the economy, which was done in 1998.
But the government of Primakov, Maslyukov and Gerashchenko performed a real “economic miracle” by refusing to do what the economic bloc is actively implementing today. One can find unimaginable similarities between the period of 1998 and 2021: a sharp devaluation of the ruble, a surge in inflation, the economy found itself in a stagflation trap. But the then government and the Central Bank did not follow the instructions of the Washington Regional Committee and “strangle” the people, namely, raise interest rates. Currency restrictions were introduced, the currency positions of commercial banks were fixed, and loans were not limited. Measures were also taken to prevent large monopolies from raising tariffs. As a result, the Russian Federation received an “economic miracle.”
Today Russia must restore the financial system, engage in planning, and build an integral world economic system that combines socialist ideology in the interests of society with market mechanisms. The Russian Federation is rich in natural resources and has absolutely no restrictions on economic growth. All restrictions are artificially created by the Ministry of Finance and the Central Bank. Attempts by liberals to introduce the American system of governance in the Russian Federation are suicide, this is a stone that pulls the country to the bottom of the American cycle of capital accumulation. Meanwhile, China announced itself as a world leader. This means that Russia may find itself on the periphery of two centers at once: the old sinking one (USA) and the new rapidly growing one (China). Today, the Americans have successfully seized control of Rusal, and the Chinese control logging in Siberia. That is, if we do not return to the Red Project, Russia risks becoming a territory controlled by different centers of power. To emerge from the crisis as a superpower, Russia needs to cleanse itself of the liberal clan and develop nano-, bio-, information, communication and social technologies
To enter the core of the new world economic order, the Russian Federation in many ways needs to borrow the experience of China, from which we are 30 years behind. Over the years, the Chinese have grown more than 10 times. At the same time, nothing is lost for Russia; it can reach an economic growth rate of 9% per year. But, I repeat, it is necessary to create economic growth through the latest technologies. And the development of new technologies is a very real thing for our country, rich in minds and resources.
We can say that now Russia and China have a strategic partnership, so to speak, friendship against aggressive America. And this partnership needs to be strengthened. It would be prudent for these two powers to form an anti-war coalition. First of all, we must gradually abandon the use of the dollar. That is, it is necessary to inflict damage on the American aggressor in those places where he has enormous power concentrated. In addition, in the conditions of the current information war, it is essential to sign a convention on cyber terrorism, which will make it possible to block the information technologies of countries that do not join this document. And we know that the United States and some of its NATO allies are the No. 1 terrorists in cyberspace. That is, the Russian Federation must introduce an embargo on countries that engage in cyberterrorism.
During his address to the Federal Assembly, Putin actually said that we must live in such a way that we can write our own rules. And to do this, we need to gather as allies countries that do not work with the dollar. And, first of all, we need to address the issue of restoring the Fatherland within the borders of 1945. After all, states that were once brotherly to us, through the efforts of the West, are becoming enemies and raw materials appendages of America.
In addition, in order to be a global player, the Russian Federation needs to carry out fundamental reforms in the field of education and culture, which should be focused on the consolidation of Russian society and the harmonization of the moral values and guidelines that dominate it. This is essentially what Vladimir Putin said, emphasizing the importance of updating history textbooks, cultural centers, libraries, museums in rural areas and small historical towns of Russia. The President is unpleasantly surprised by what is written about in modern textbooks and what values modern youth are brought up on: “It is very important that for young people, the fate and victories of our outstanding ancestors and, of course, contemporaries, their love for the Motherland, the desire to contribute personal contribution to its development. Children should have the opportunity in advanced formats to get acquainted with our national history and multinational culture, with our achievements in the field of science and technology, literature and art. To this day, you know, I open some school textbooks and look with surprise at what is written there, as if it’s not about us. Who writes, who misses such tutorials? Simply amazing! – Putin was indignant.
Many expected the Russian leader to admit his own mistake, which is the pension reform in Russia, imposed by liberals. I think that Vladimir Vladimirovich will tell us about this wrong political step as soon as he realizes that he can change the managerial liberal model.
The foreign policy part of Putin’s speech was extremely restrained and measured - the president did not declare war on the Western “partners” who are “protecting” Russian liberals. But involving Russia in a war in Ukraine or Turkey is one of the key tasks of the West, and setting fire from within is the goal of the liberal bigwigs. It is worth emphasizing that perhaps the postponement of the date of the message is not accidental. Perhaps it was postponed due to the US escalating the military situation in Ukraine. And if “Nezalezhnaya” had flared up, then we could have heard completely different words in the president’s message. So we can assume that more decisive measures by the Russian Federation regarding its “partners,” as well as recognition of the People’s Republics of Donbass, are Russia’s trump card, which it is saving until a special occasion. Vladimir Putin is a master of making unexpected decisions and a strategist. From seemingly insoluble situations, he always finds non-standard solutions. And thanks to his unpredictability and intelligence, Vladimir Putin always defeats his opponents and commands respect from his colleagues.
It is interesting that in his message to the Federal Assembly, the Russian President compared the unfriendly actions of some countries with the behavior of the jackal Tabaca, the henchman of the tiger Shere Khan from the book by Rudyard Kipling. Thus, he indicated the place to the sworn friends of the Russian Federation.
It was important to hear Putin’s statement about the red lines that Russia will now set itself. I think this will cool down many hotheads pushing anti-Russian policies around the world. In my opinion, the message of the President of the Russian Federation to the Federal Assembly will mark the long-awaited step-by-step departure from the liberal system that has polluted our Motherland, and entry into the finish line leading Greater Russia to world leadership.
