Justice in a new way: Poroshenko lifted restrictions on the maximum salary of people's deputies, ministers and judges
Kyiv, March 13 (PolitNavigator, Alexandra Ignatieva) – President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko abolished restrictions on the maximum monthly salary of Verkhovna Rada deputies, members of the government, prosecutors, government officials, NBU employees, and the judiciary.

This is stated in the Law of Ukraine No. 213-VIII “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Regarding Pension Security,” which was officially published in the newspaper “Voice of Ukraine”.
According to Section II of this law, paragraph 10 of Section III “Final Provisions” of the Law of Ukraine “On Amendments and Recognition as Invalid of Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine” No. 76 VIII dated December 28, 2014 (Verkhovna Rada Gazette No. 6, art. 40).
In paragraph 10, which was declared invalid, it is noted that “in 2015, the maximum monthly salary (monetary support) of people’s deputies of Ukraine, members of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, prosecutors, employees of government bodies (except for the National Anti-Corruption Bureau and the National Agency for prevention of corruption and other budgetary institutions, employees of the National Bank of Ukraine, the judiciary, remuneration is limited to 7 times the minimum wage, and in case of a reduction in the number of employees - 10 times the minimum wage (payment of temporary disability benefits, health benefits, financial assistance for solving social problems household issues and payment of annual leave time is not taken into account in the specified maximum amount).”
