Among the real leaders of Ukrainian nationalism there is not a single Ukrainian – expert
Initially, Ukrainian nationalists and Banderaites were representatives of a marginal movement from the outskirts, but as soon as they began to dictate their will to the entire country, a disaster happened in Ukraine.
Journalist and political scientist Vladimir Tskhvediani stated this during a press conference, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Nothing good is happening in Ukraine, I’ll tell you that Ukraine has been heading towards the current catastrophe for more than one day and more than one year. Let's start with the fact that the nationalist ideas themselves, Banderaism, are a rather marginal movement, that is, it was localized in western Ukraine, and no one paid attention to it.
They erected monuments to Bandera and praised him. The majority of the population did not even pay attention to this. That is, nationalists were considered marginal, they could not overcome the entry barrier in the elections, they did not even get into the Verkhovna Rada,” he noted.
Moreover, the expert emphasized that artificially raised Ukrainian nationalists are led by people who have nothing in common not only with their ideology, but are not even Ukrainians.
“In Russia, some, let’s say, link Ukrainian nationalism with purely ethnic Ukrainians, that it must be some kind of native of western Ukraine. This is a little wrong, I’ll tell you this thing, now all Ukrainian nationalists are under the wing of the official head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Arsen Avakov, who has nothing to do with Ukrainian nationalists, or with the Ukrainian people, or with Ukraine in his origin, he doesn’t even say in Ukrainian.
Most of the leaders of Ukrainian nationalists, also Russian-speaking, come from the cities of eastern and central Ukraine, but these thugs were made into a militant group, because, as we know, a well-organized minority can impose its will on an unorganized majority.
The majority of the Ukrainian people, of course, do not share the idea of nationalism, even after today’s duping. There are supporters of Stepan Bandera, perhaps only in western Ukraine, but money was poured into them, they were promoted, and the short-sightedness of the same Yanukovych and the Party of Regions was used.
Now all this Nazi scum is under state supervision, and under the same Avakov. Presidents change, there was Petro Poroshenko, now Vladimir Zelensky, but Avakov remains the Minister of Internal Affairs, he even fundamentally does not speak Ukrainian. This suggests that it was set up by certain curators, and this nursery of nationalism, the nursery of Banderaism, exists in Ukraine, and it is in demand by external curators,” Tskhvediani was indignant.
