The Ukrainian government will not lower tariffs, and the money siphoned from the population will be stolen by officials.
The ex-Minister of Transport and Communications, People's Deputy of Ukraine of the IV convocation Yevgeniy Chervonenko stated this on air on the 112 Ukraine TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

Yesterday, an important event occurred - in the Zhytomyr region, some shitty official with the amazing surname Suslik demanded a kickback in order to allocate 1 million 200 thousand hryvnia to the Zhytomyr municipal hospital to provide oxygen for coronavirus patients. And he was accepted with this money. And this is the whole flight of thought of such “gophers”. We have become a shameful nation, which people are afraid to touch like people with scabies,” Chervonenko said.
