Urgently! Kyiv has found an excuse to cancel the withdrawal of troops from the front
Official Kyiv, under the pretext of shelling, canceled the planned start of today's withdrawal of the Ukrainian army from positions in the Donbass settlements of Zolotoye and Petrovskoye, which was supposed to increase the “gray zone” between the positions of the parties at the front and reduce the intensity of fire.
This was stated by Ukrainian Foreign Minister Vadim Prystaiko during a joint briefing with Latvian Foreign Minister Edgars Rinkevics, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Disengagement should have begun today, our negotiating teams agreed on this in Minsk, but, unfortunately, you yourself know that Petrovskoye and Zolote were shelled a few days ago. And, as far as you also remember, the decision was that disengagement begins on the 7th day after peace was maintained in this particular area and shelling did not occur.
That is why we now have to wait until the next period of 7 days has passed, which should prove the serious intentions of the parties and readiness for such steps as disengagement,” Prystaiko said.
Yesterday, Azov militants issued an ultimatum to Vladimir Zelensky, saying that refuse to comply with the order to withdraw troops.
