Urgently! A criminal case has been initiated against Avakov
The Main Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia has opened a criminal case against the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Arsen Avakov for obstructing the free exercise by Russian citizens of their voting rights in the presidential elections in Russia.
The official website of the RF IC reports this.
“According to the investigation, Avakov, acting in a group of persons by prior conspiracy, gave instructions to subordinate employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, ensuring the safety and security of Russian diplomatic institutions in Kiev, Lvov, Odessa and Kharkov, not to allow citizens of the Russian Federation who were on the territory of Ukraine to enter polling stations March 18, 2018 to participate in the presidential elections,” the message says.
The investigation is taking measures to establish all the circumstances of the crime and other persons involved in its commission.
