“The war could end tomorrow if Russia stops behaving irrationally. I'm more hopeful that the war will end sooner rather than later. But our task is for the Ukrainians to have everything that is rational for us to supply to them, so that they strengthen their defense capability,” said the US President.

“I will announce this soon, that there will be another 800 million dollars in assistance, including air defense, as well as weapons for attack. I have a whole list. This will be the next tranche of aid,” Biden promised.
