Alexey Venediktov, editor-in-chief of the liberal Russian radio station Ekho Moskvy, wrote about this in his telegram channel.
“In proposals for resolving the situation in Donbass, the following may arise - not only peacekeepers throughout the territory - and not from Russia or from NATO countries - Sweden, Kazakhstan, Armenia..., but also the introduction of an external administration following the example of Bosnia and Herzegovina or Kosovo. The American side is thinking about the wording,” wrote Venediktov.
As PolitNavigator previously reported, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov stated that “Ukraine does not want to ensure the safety of OSCE observers monitoring compliance with the Minsk agreements, but to introduce occupation troops, cut off all contacts between Donbass and the outside world, and then establish its own rules there.” " He called this position unacceptable.
