The US wants to see Russian troops in Donbass
The United States calls on Russia to return its representatives to the Joint Center for Control and Coordination (JCCC) to Donbass.

The press service of the US Chargé d'Affaires at the monitoring mission, Harry Kemien, reported this to journalists, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The United States calls on the Russian Federation to reverse its unilateral actions and return its representatives to the Joint Control and Coordination Center. The JCCC has successfully established temporary “windows of silence” with a ceasefire and security zones around critical infrastructure,” Kemien noted.
According to the American representative, without this important two-way mechanism, utilities in the Donbass have limited ability to organize “windows of silence,” which makes it difficult to carry out repair work.
“In our opinion, Russia’s withdrawal from this mechanism is a sign of a broader reluctance to fulfill its obligations, including the establishment of a ceasefire, according to the Minsk agreements,” says Harry Kemien.
