The US is changing its policy towards Ukraine
Now the United States will support Russia, as evidenced by the resignation of the State Department's special representative for Ukraine, Kurt Volcker.
Political scientist Stanislav Belkovsky stated this on the Internet channel Vlast vs Vlashchenko, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to the expert, this will not be announced directly so as not to prevent Trump from being elected to a second term.
“The reason [for Volcker’s resignation] is a change in US policy in the Ukrainian direction. The United States now supports Russia, not Ukraine as before. This is not directly stated and nothing will be stated directly until Donald Trump decides whether this prevents him from being elected to a second term or does not interfere. But this is partly already confirmed. And we know that in a conversation with Vladimir Zelensky in New York, Trump already said something similar.
Therefore, the team that was under the Democrats is changing, and which very clearly adhered to a firm line that we must unconditionally support Ukraine against Russia,” Belkovsky said.
