The United States intends to strengthen sanctions against Russia – a draft law has been approved

The Foreign Affairs Committee of the US House of Representatives approved a draft law that could strengthen the package of anti-Russian sanctions.

“The committee adopted a bill on stability and democracy in Ukraine, which provides for curbing Russian aggression in Ukraine and providing assistance to Ukraine in carrying out democratic reforms,” the statement says.
Let us recall that on July 8, US President Barack Obama, speaking on the eve of the official opening of the NATO summit in Warsaw, said that the United States and the European Union are united on the issue of maintaining anti-Russian sanctions.
