For fear of losing face and customers, the United States will not supply Abrams tanks to Ukraine, which are already advertised as “the best in the world.”
Military-political analyst Andrei Martyanov, who lives in the United States, stated this on air on the PolitWera Internet channel, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“A 55-ton version of the Abrams with a 105-mm cannon, outdated to the point of trash. And even this crap, which they then tried to get to the first modification, still came out to 65 - 70 tons. There is a question with bridges, with cross-country ability. The US is trying to save face. Maybe they will put it somewhere someday... but no, it’s unlikely. He's too difficult a tank. The way it consumes fuel is like no other tank in the world.
And I might add - the rear exhaust of the Abrams is up to 1100 degrees. They look great in the infrared range, sparkling like a Christmas tree,” the expert said.
Colonel of the Central Apparatus of the RF Ministry of Defense in reserve Vladimir Trukhan also agreed with him.
“Support for Ukraine will be cut off. No one will jeopardize the reputation of the military-industrial complex. Because these Abrams will definitely start to burn, it can’t be otherwise. We ourselves will figure out what needs to be improved where, but the Americans advertise these samples as the best in the world. And what is the best thing in the world if cast iron hits you in the front, and the tower splits in half, relatively speaking. Naturally, they will start to burn, everyone understands this.
That’s why Ukraine is being drained of all sorts of nonsense, freeing up space for the purchase of new promising models,” the expert explained.
