The US State Department will not recognize Russia as a country sponsoring terrorism, but will continue to maintain close diplomatic relations with it, no matter how outraged Ukraine may be.
This statement was made on the YouTube channel “Know 24” by retired US captain 1st rank, ex-NATO representative in the Russian Federation Harry Tabakh, reports PolitNavigator correspondent.
